Clarence was the best owner ever. Lovely bathroom, a shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries were provided. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

Quiet room, and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Clarence made everything for all of us. Location was magnificent and unbeatable, in the middle of the city. We were close enough to Liverpool by train with a child who had been sick all over himself.

the location was perfect, just a short distance from both the university and the city center. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a peaceful night's sleep. the bathroom was stunning, with a brand new shower that made me feel pampered. the service was impeccable, with the owner quickly responding to my inquiries and even arranging to have a forgotten item shipped back to me. I can't wait to return!
It was a bit frustrating to not receive the door code until later in the evening, causing a slight delay in accessing the apartment.

The apartment features a lovely full oven, perfect for cooking homemade meals and feeling like a master chef. With a flat-screen TV, you can also enjoy your favorite cooking shows while whipping up your culinary delights. The location of this apartment is superb, set in the center of Liverpool, making it convenient to explore popular points of interest like Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and Philharmonic Hall. The apartment also provided a cozy electric kettle, allowing us to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee while relaxing on the comfortable sofa.
Late key code message.

The apartment was an absolute game-changer! It had the most mind-blowing renovation, with jaw-dropping decor that made me feel like I was in a 5-star hotel. The super comfortable bed and fully-equipped kitchen were perfect for my self-catering needs. The location was unbeatable, just a short distance from the city centre. Despite being on a main road, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The owner went above and beyond, quickly sorting out bedding for the sofa bed and even making it up for us. The brand new shower in the impressive bathroom was a delightful surprise. The TV and wifi were top-notch. The owner's quick response to our lost tablet and arrangements for its postal delivery were highly appreciated. Can't wait to return!

I recently stayed at Clarence Street Town House for a few nights and it was perfect! The apartment was beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The owner was also very responsive and even went out of their way to make up the sofa bed for us. I would definitely stay here again!

My experience at the hotel was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple issues, including a lack of electricity and heating, which left us in the cold for hours.
